JOLANTA LUKUS • The Fearless Leader As the leader of Royal Design Inc., Jolanta believes that there are no secrets to her success. The results all come down to vision, perseverance, and the ability to grow and evolve in this ever-changing industry. Driven by her passion for design and years of hands-on industry experience, Jolanta established RDI in 2002. As the heart and soul of the firm, Jolanta, along with her talented team, are responsible for overseeing the entire design process: from the initial start-up and concept building to the project administration and execution to ensure we provide the finest solutions to improve the aesthetic and quality of a space. Using her meticulous approach, and with her team of skilled industry professionals at her side, she is dedicated to providing the best design experience to the RDI clientele while ensuring her team is having fun every step of the process.
YASMIN RAHIMI • The Design Guru Yasmin is an invaluable interior designer at RDI, who faces every challenge with enthusiasm and dedication to bring a project from ideation to completion. She began her career with architecture and interior design for residential projects and after ten years, her design passion transitioned to the world of hospitality interior design with Royal Design. Yasmin always brings inspiration to design, and ensure projects are flawlessly executed. Along with her approachable attitude, her dedication to excellence, strict attention to details and quick follow up help create a smooth and positive client experience throughout the design process. Her role in Royal Design includes, but are not limited to, overseeing the development of all drawing packages, technical detail and specifications, space planning, sourcing FF&E, reviewing shop drawings, communicating with clients as well as vendors and brand liaison.
ELAINE CHAN • The Gate Keeper As the team is tackling multiple design projects, Elaine ensures that our office remains organized at all times. With a designation in accounting, she demonstrates efficiency and productivity within her various tasks and she's constantly coming up with solutions to improve business administrations to better serve our clients. Today, her strengths at RDI include maintaining great relationships with suppliers, the overall upkeep of our sample library, and ensuring our design team always has access to the latest and innovative products to use. Other responsibilities include preparing outgoing packages and control samples which is key to the start of a successful project.
In addition to our executive team, our team also consists of our trusted and skillful design family including our talented interiors designers, CAD technicians, and procurement staff to ensure every detail of a project is overseen and handled with the utmost care and executed with impeccable precision.
